Dr. Julian Osuji is a clinical neuropsychologist and a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas.


He received his PhD in clinical psychology from Saint Louis University in 2003 and completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas in 2005 prior to joining the faculty. Dr. Osuji also served as adjunct clinical faculty at SMU and UNT while working at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.


He specializes in the treatment of mood disorders and evaluation of acquired brain injuries. He currently serves as the Clinical Director of the Dallas Neurorehab Center, consulting with the best neurologists, neurosurgeons, and rehabilitation hospitals in the area.

Gia Washington, Ph.D. ABPP, is a licensed clinical psychologist and executive coach. She is also board certified in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. Dr. Washington completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Psychology at the University of California, Davis, School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. Her pre-doctoral internship was completed in Clinical Child Psychology at the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Washington holds Master of Science and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University and Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Spelman College.


Dr. Washington owns Gia Readoux Coaching and Consulting, where she conducts executive wellness coaching programs for women of color and other individuals interested in improving communication skills, establishing wellness strategies and enhancing leadership. Dr. Washington has a special interest in behavioral consequences of reduced attention and impulsivity across the life span, with particular impacts on social relationships and workplace performance.


Dr. Washington often provides trainings for professionals on diversity, equity and inclusion, provider well-being and the ethical responsibility of self-care. Her professional interests are in workplace incivility, conflict management, wellness, gender socialization, and mental health issues and cultural practices of African Americans. She also serves as an adjunct professor of Psychology at Texas Southern University.


Dr. Washington conducts ADHD evaluations for adolescents and young adults, as well as executive coaching for professionals. Dr. Washington does not currently accept insurance and all services are on a self-pay basis.

Dr. Jennifer Caussade is a clinical psychologist, licensed in the state of Texas.


She received her PsyD in clinical psychology from the Ponce Health Sciences University in 2015. Since then, she has been working within the private practice setting, providing comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments.


Current focuses include providing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations as well as recommendations to adults and geriatrics with suspected or confirmed neurocognitive disorders, ADHD and/or mood concerns. Dr. Caussade accepts most major insurances, refer to our insurance page for specific details.
